Delete your NeverBETtr account

How

1. Sign in to your account on this website.
2. At the bottom of your account page, open “Delete account”.
3. Type your email address to confirm, then select “Delete my account”.

Or, in the NeverBETtr app, open the menu and choose “Delete account”.

What happens

• Each active accountability partner is notified.
• Nothing from your phones is reported again. If you delete on this website, the app keeps running on each of your phones until you uninstall it. Deleting from inside the app also turns it off on that phone.
• Any subscription is canceled immediately, and you won’t be charged again.
• Everything we hold about you is deleted right away and can’t be recovered: your account, profile, partners, registered phones, and activity and monitoring history.

What’s kept

Nothing is kept in our database. The companies we use keep their own records under their own rules: Stripe, our payment processor, keeps a record of payments you made, our email provider keeps a log of the emails it delivered, and Microsoft keeps recordings of visits to our home, sign-up and plan pages, most for 30 days and some for up to 9 months. Those recordings aren’t linked to your account.
